I love, love, love this product! I’ve used this product in our kitchen with chair molding, breezeway and now putting it up in one of the bathrooms. That’s how much I like this paper. It’s so easy to use, and looks just like breadboard. It give each room that cozy cottage feel. I would recommend it to everyone.

I have not worked with it yet, waiting for when I have more time. The look is everything I hoped for and I think I will be ordering more later for some other projects in the house. It truly looks real! My concern was whether or not it had the indented groove so it would look real and it does.

I love this wallpaper. I used it on my kitchen island and painted it black. It looks fantastic. Easy to work with and looks just like wood. Be careful when you're painting it, though - it really soaks up the paint.

High quality paper easy to hang...looks like true beadboard when on the wall.Wanted a reasonably priced way to fix up my kitchen...I love this!!! Getting ready to paint it and hang the chair rail.

We have a cute galley kitchen in our new home. But it just needed something to step up the class, and this Bead board Wallpaper did just that! At the fraction of the cost for wooden bead board, and so easy to put up and fast. The wall paper was easy to work with, coming from a first timer for hanging wallpaper. I bought extra, because I knew I would love it, so mite be seeing some in the guest bath too!

I use this to transform a dull ugly bathroom into a show stopper. I can't wait to find time to transform my laundry room with this beadboard wall paper.

I haven't put up wallpaper in over 20 years. Once I got the hang of it, it went up easy. Now all it needs is painted and it will look great in my hallbath.

I wanted to install wainscoting below the chair rail in my dining room. After looking at all the options, I opted to try the Graham Brown beadboard wallpaper based on the photos and reviews I had seen online. I was really pleased with the product. It went up fairly easy, even though I had a lot of window casings, etc to trim around. Things I learned from doing it are:
A. Trim it in place when you have to go around obstructions - it tends to stretch a little when wet, so you'll end up having to do that anyway.
B. Apply trim moulding after installing wallpaper ( or pull back existing moulding enough to slip the paper underneath it. It will add to that realistic look.
C. Don't skip painting the wallpaper. It not only looks much better, but the seams virtually disappear once filled with paint.
I love the way it turned out, and I've had several neighbors mistake it for the real thing.

I bought this paper to replace outdated wallpaper under the chair rail in my office, and I am thrilled with it. I painted it white to match the chair rail, and it looks like real wood. Everyone who sees it comments on it and can't believe it when I tell them it's wallpaper. I have recommended this to so many people and am thinking of places I can use it in my home.
